How to establish digital marketing goals and strategies

It is a good time to ask yourself, what did I do better, what did I lack to reach my goals and what challenges can I identify that they were doing that will not reach these goals. In my case as a digital marketing consultant, the main challenges I heard were not having reached the goal of captured prospects, not having reached the goal of influx, not knowing how many sales each medium represents, which means that I cannot test a ROI of my strategies and that the prospects that were captured are not profiled to buy.

But now let's get down to business and the first thing we have to do is Telegram Number Data design SMART objectives that allow us to make it very clear to everyone involved what the department and the digital marketing strategy are looking for. Two examples of how to define the goals we seek:

Objective 1

General goal for your website: Increase the number of prospects on our website.
SMART goal for your website: Increase the number of prospects on our website by 50% (from 1,000 visits to 1,500 visits per month) for the launch of our new development.

General sales goal: Increase sales for this year.
SMART sales goal: Increase sales by 20% (from 10 to 12 houses per month) in the next 12 months, in order to begin the next stage. According to the example, the objectives must be stated very clearly so that they can be achievable, once we have these objectives we move on to propose strategies and define performance metrics.



Comprehensive digital marketing methodology, design strategies at each stage.

Once we define the SMART objectives that we seek, we then begin to design the strategies for each stage of the marketing and sales funnel, as well as the performance metrics (KPI's) that will help us be clear if we are getting closer to the global goal. or not. The methodology, with which we can attract, convert, profile and advise clients who buy in my real estate development, is the following:

Attraction:  This stage includes strategies to bring strangers to our website and convert them into visitors. In general, the views of our links can be counted against the clicks and visits to the website, the division gives us the effectiveness of the attraction strategy.
