The constitutional lawyer Andrés Gil Domínguez This Friday presented a second protection against the mega DNU of President Javier Milei that seeks to deregulate the economy. In his presentation, Gil Domínguez requested a declaratory action of unconstitutionality with a request for a precautionary measure and demanded that the nullity of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency No.  3 be declared, which he considered to violate the division of powers.
