In recent days, the press that communicates ideology (in fact, all the press does), has hammered us in a "scientific and sociological" way, about the need for the generations of post-Fordist working people, that is, those whose jobs (jobs) necessarily develop and will develop outside the large industrial sectors and large mining companies, and consequently their social contributions will not be as high, neither in years contributed nor in amounts, due to the lower salaries paid and the high rotation in jobs, for which the State, employers and institutional unions plan to negotiate complementary systems to better provide for their final pensions.

The logic used for convincing is very "manual": The previous AQB Directory world of pensioners -men in a scandalous percentage-, of "high pension" (all those assigned to industrial sectors either well converted or in the process of extinction) is described [ 1 ] and in passing it is announced that that world “will not return.” [2]

The gender gap is scandalous in the mining sector, where retirement pensions are received by men (99%), as are pensions for permanent disability, and women are the ones who receive widow's pensions (99%) [ 3 ] , in increasing numbers due to the high mortality rate of these male workers, who, for the most part, sooner or later suffer the consequences of silicosis diseases derived from their jobs.

And below is the “great solution”: “Unions and employers negotiate pension plans under the format of private savings for retirement, for more than two million working people (metal sector, insurance, department stores, travel agencies...) , after having closed the large employment pension plan for the construction sector in 2023.

Why do we now want to promote a private pension and capitalization system?

The alternative was imposed by the European Union (U€) on the member states, which required a modification of their Social Security Systems to adapt them to one based on three pillars:

- the first universal, public, mandatory and pay-as-you-go provision that guarantees minimum benefits, that is, survival.
