Generation Z opens a new era of work in the US: meet the 'side hustle' generatio

Shola West always had a hard time concentrating in class. She didn't know she had dyslexia until years after leaving school and she always thought she learned better by doing things than by sitting and listening . So, after graduating from high school, she decided not to go to university and enter the workforce directly, entering an educational technology startup. She liked the job, but she immediately noticed that she was missing something. "I feel like I'm someone who can't limit myself to one job," says Ella West. To try to take advantage of his boundless energy, he decided to turn his ease in the world of work into a second job. West began hosting workshops and webinars for other twenty-something women starting to work full-time, to motivate them and discuss business ideas.
