Can't send Messenger messages? Can't send FB messages to non-friends? In March 2020, Facebook updated its terms of use to prevent users from being bothered by too many promotional or spam messages . What is a Facebook message tag?
In simple terms, message tags are labels for Facebook messages. They allow businesses to send important information or 1:1 updates to customers outside the normal 24-hour conversation limit (the 24 hours countdown starts from the time the customer opens the conversation).
